We’re looking for an ambitious and driven sales professional to join the LiveBuzz team. In this role, you’ll help exhibitors maximise their event ROI by promoting and selling SmartScan, our lead capture app used at leading trade events. If you’re confident in sales, enjoy hitting targets and working in a high-energy events environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Proactively contact exhibitors via phone and email to promote the benefits of the LiveBuzz Exhibitor Hub, with a strong focus on driving SmartScan sales.
- Meet and exceed individual event targets and overall yearly targets for SmartScan sales.
- Update sales reports and maintain accurate records of activities and customer interactions.
- Assist with customer support and onboarding queries in relation to SmartScan.
- Attend certain events to promote and sell SmartScan to exhibitors at the event.
What you bring:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in the events industry or related field.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and objection handling skills.
- A confident, proactive, and results driven approach to sales.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and SharePoint.
